📚 I said to myself if I make it through, I’ll try to help others. I am a survivor and I believe my story can help others.
Here are some of the key points that I have lived by for 23 years.
1. Take responsibility for your life: You are responsible for your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Stop blaming others or external circumstances for your problems.
2. Set clear goals: Identify what you want to achieve and create a plan to achieve it. Visualize your success and take consistent action towards your goals.
3. Change your limiting beliefs: Your beliefs shape your reality. Identify and challenge any limiting beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your goals.
4. Develop empowering habits: Cultivate positive habits that support your goals and help you become a better version of yourself.
5. Control your emotions: You can choose how you react to any situation. Learn to manage your emotions and respond in a way that serves you.
6. Build strong relationships: Surround yourself with positive, supportive people who encourage you to grow and achieve your goals.
Take control of your life, set clear goals, and develop the mindset and habits necessary to achieve your dreams.
Which is exactly where I am in life now. After surviving a traumatic childhood & youth years. I’ve followed these key points and never ever gave up, if you are still reading this blog maybe you need to hear that you will be ok if you never ever give up.
