Commitment

My Trojan Academy kids team is right up there with my most treasured achievements.

Every single week for well over 10 years I have been on the mat for my Trojan Academy.

Throughout my life & career have turned down countless opportunities to instead be right there on the mat with my team.

Why, specifically? There truely isn’t anything more important to children building confidence & learning self defence at Trojan Academy.

I can only think back & wonder what my life would have been like If I belonged to a community like Trojan Academy, when I was an at risk child & youth.

Moreover, If you are like me & have so many things going on in your life. An extremely valuable thing to do is ‘prioritise commitment’

I believe in the art of Jiu Jitsu so much that it has been the most prioritised commitment through your my entire life & career.

I challenge you all to take a look at your life & make a list of what is important to you & start the process of firstly, committing to the things that you value & then working to prioritise them.

You will start to gain a sense of control & achievement & being grounded.

Create or join the things you are passionate about today & commit your life to the fully.
