The most favourite people on earth stopped by my city studio today!

The two people responsible for keeping me alive during my sisters death.

I met Steve & Liz Osborne in the gym over 15 years ago & after getting to know them I became their personal trainer💪🏼

I trained Liz to lose over half of her body weight & Stevo to win the over 50 Mr Australia title🤩

Then when my life fell apart.. Arrested for steroids, lost my family & the death of my sister.. they took me in, in 2012.

I slept under their house whilst struggling to figure out how to live my life. At one point the drug squad came to their house looking for me then searched their house. I avoided jail because I had their support.

I’d lost everything.. But at no point did they drop me at the curb.

I literally owe Steve & Liz my life even though they refuse to accept it. Without them I hate to think where I’d be.

Steve & Liz will have a chapter dedicated to them in my book for without doubt.
